- Pretty much "international" , you can meet many people from all around The World which i liked.
- It is very difficult to find a job if you dont speak the local language which is Flemish
- City Center is highly populated with Hasidic Jews community .When you ask them something they hardly answer ,seem like they trying too hard to respond to someone who is not Hasidic Jew . I must admit that i found them very isolated (unlike the Hasidic Jews in NYC )
- Bicycles are really putting your nerves on.While they are going around on the special road made for Bikes ,still pushy and unruled for the pedestrians.
- Most of the people can speak English and very helpful as well.
- Procedures have potential to drive you crazy.
- I can hear and see the Seagulls sometimes : P .. Oh Come on . it is reminding me my hometown.
- Cost of living is avarage for EU.
- Couple of colleges are taught in English but expensive.
- Public primary schools quality is better than Italy and Germany but most of them are Catholic Schools ( it is a Con if you are not religious ).
- Anyhow , i am still not sure if i would like to stay here for a long time,specially with the weather condition : D
Anvers te yasamaya baslayali henuz alti ay oldu ama musadenizle bazi unsurlari belirteyim :
- Oldukca "Uluslararasi " bir sehir , Dunyanin heryerinden cesit cesit insanla tanisabilirsiniz ki bu durumdan hoslandim.
- Eger yerel dili yani Flamancayi konusmuyorsaniz , is bulmaniz hayli zor .
- Sehir merkezinde hayli kalabalik bir Hasidik Yahudi nufusu mevcut.Bu insanlara birsey sordugunuzda hayli isteksiz , kendilerini zorluyormus gibi yanit veriyorlar ( Hatta neredeyse suratiniza bakmiyorlar ). Itiraf etmeliyim ki buradaki Hadisik Yahudiler . NYC de kilere nazaran baya bir isole etmisler kendilerini ve de cok soguk , tuhaf insanlar.
- Bisikletler gercekten sinirinizi bozabiliyor. Her ne kadar kendilerine ayrilmis ozel yoldan gitselerde kurallara cok uymuyorlar ve yuzsuzce kullaniyorlar ,ozellikle de yayalara karsi.
- Bircok kisi Ingilizce konusabiliyor ve cok yardimseverler.
- Prosedurler sizi caninizdan bezdirme potansiyeline sahip.
- Martilari duyabiliyorum ve bazen de gorebiliyorum ! E bana sehrimi hatirlatiyor ne yapayim .
- Yasam maliyeti Avrupa icin ortalama diyebilirim.
- Bazi kolejler ingilizce egitim veriyor fakat hayli pahali.
- Devlete bagli ilkokullarin kalitesi Almanya ve Italya dakilerden daha iyi ama bircogu Katolik okulu (Bu bir dezavantaj eger dindar bir insan degilseniz ).
- Tum bunlara ragmen , hala burada cok uzun sure kalacagimi sanmiyorum ozellikle de hava muhalefetinden dolayi : D
